“Hi! I’m Jolene! I’m a certified personal trainer and wellness coach with over 15 years of experience helping people feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in their bodies. I’m passionate about promoting a healthy body image and helping my clients build confidence—no matter where they’re starting from.
I’ve worked with everyone from complete beginners to elites, and I’ve seen firsthand how strength training, HIIT, good nutrition, and a supportive mindset can truly transform lives. As someone who has trained countless women (including myself!), and who’s navigated scoliosis, spinal fusion, and pregnancy, I’m especially passionate about pre- and postnatal fitness and supporting those with special physical considerations.
