Request to Reserve a Meeting Room

Pearl River County Library System offers meeting rooms at each branch location, Poplarville Public Library’s Meeting Room and Crosby Memorial Library’s Holland Hall. These rooms are available to rent at no cost to the public for qualifying events, provided events adhere to the meeting room policy. Please review the PRCLS Meeting Room Policy by clicking the button below before requesting a reservation of either meeting room.

PRCLS Meeting Room Policy

Reservation Reminders:

• Events must be free and open to the public. No private parties or functions are permitted.
• Once requests are processed and approved, the event representative will receive confirmation via their preferred contact method. Please provide accurate contact information on the request form.
• Request are reviewed in the sequence they are submitted.
• Keys for meeting rooms must be picked up before the event and returned after.
